On Monday we took a post-Mother's Day trip down the
Little Manatee River Canoe Trail in Wimauma, FL with Dada and Katie Glaser. We
rented canoes and spent the day paddling and picnicking... it was very
fun :) Florida is in the throes of quite a drought, so there were a couple spots where we ended up having to get out and drag the canoes (like in the picture above, I am standing without dumping us because the boat is actually resting on the bottom). During one such episode, Dada somehow managed to fall over and get completely soaked even though we couldn't have been in more than five inches of water... it was very impressive.
